Workplace and Matching Gift Programs
Find Out If Your Company Participates
Participating in a matching gift program makes your donation go
farther. Many companies encourage employees to donate to their
favorite charities by matching their contributions, in some cases
dollar-for-dollar or more. Some companies may match gifts made by
retirees or spouses of employees.
How Do I Apply for a Matching Gift?
- Request a matching gift form and program guidelines from your
human resources department.
- Complete the “Employee” section of the form and send it to
National CASA with your donation. If you have made your contribution
online, simply complete the form and mail it to:
The National CASA Association
100 West Harrison Street, North Tower, Suite 500
Seattle, WA 98115
Attn: Alexa
- We will complete the form and forward it to your employer’s
matching gifts office for processing. The company will send its
matching donation directly to National CASA.
- If you have questions about this process, call (800) 628-3233 and
ask to speak with Alexa.
Some companies disburse matching gifts on a quarterly or yearly
schedule. To reduce administrative expenses, National CASA will not
forward a notice to employees when matching contributions are
received. If you ever have questions about your company’s matching
donation, contact your human resources department.
