 The National CASA Association is proud to be a partner in the Office Depot Foundation National Backpack Program. Through this
partnership, the Office Depot Foundation has donated more than 50,000
backpacks with essential school supplies to National CASA for
distribution to children served by our local CASA programs across the
United States.
Last year, the foundation donated 300,000 backpacks—bringing the number distributed since the program began in 2001 to nearly 1.5 million. The backpacks are intended to give children basic tools they need to succeed in school.
We greatly appreciate the Office Depot Foundation’s generosity and are
pleased to assist in accomplishing the goals of this very worthwhile
